My husband and I are very health conscious and our family has loads of food allergies. We called FIG and asked if they could do a dairy, gluten, soy, egg, legume and peanut free dinner that would be amazing. They didn't flinch at these requests and pulled off an amazing dinner of salmon, steak or quinoa stuffed pepper on smashed sweet potatoes and blacked broccoli with passed appetizers of lamb meatballs, spring rolls and trout cakes with peach sorbet and mini chocolate cupcakes for dessert. I can't begin to say how much I loved our dinner party with FIG! We hosted it at my friend's home with a beautiful kitchen, and had no clue what to expect. What Chef Antonio brought was beyond expectation. Chef Antonio arrived, and immediately connected with everyone and got to work! The food was outstanding! He created an innovative, unique, and unexpected menu that left us all very impressed. After dinner, he cleaned up everything, and left us with leftovers! The dinner party that gives and gives!
