What are FIG Prepared Meals?

Individually packaged complete gourmet dinners. All of the ingredients are fresh and the meals are delivered fresh (not frozen) in plastic, microwave-safe containers. top

How do I reheat the meals?

When you receive your meal delivery, instructions will be included on how to reheat the meals in the microwave, oven or on the stove, if possible. Most of the meals are thoroughly cooked and only need to be heated up to the desired temperature. top

How much do meals cost?

Your weekly order sheet indicates the cost of each meal or side. The meals are $18 per individual portion. Side dishes, salads and desserts are usually $5 per portion. Some items may be more and will be indicated as such on the order sheet. If you order 6 or more portions of one meal, they cost $15 per meal. top

How do I order?

Use the order sheet provided with your menu to indicate your meal selections. You can fill out the menu electronically and e-mail it to [email protected] or print it out, fill it in and fax it to us at (480) 275-3715. Minimum order for delivery is $90. top

When will my food be delivered?

We are currently delivering food on Sundays or Mondays. Please indicate on your order sheet when someone will be available to receive your delivery. We cannot deliver food when no one is at home. All orders must be placed by Thursday prior to the delivery week. top

When/How do I pay?

Payment is due when the food is delivered. You can pay by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. top

Is there a charge for delivery?

There is no charge if meals are delivered within the Chicago city limits and your order is above the minimum. Delivery costs to the Chicago suburbs vary, please call for pricing information. top

If I don't like something in a dish or in a side, can I change it?

Yes. Because we make all of the food to your order, changes can be made if you don't like a particular ingredient contained in a dish. Please call us at (773) 793-1035 to discuss any customizations. There is also a place to indicate substitutions on your order sheet. top

Are FIG Prepared Meals diet-friendly?

While some of our meals are lower in fat and we try to provide well balanced selections, the meals are not intended to be for dieters. If you are on a specific diet or trying to cut back on certain items (salt, fat, carbohydrates, etc.), give us a call at (773) 793-1035 and we can discuss options for ordering meals. top
