Casual catering, as the name suggests, is for less formal events. Events where you don't need service staff or rentals or an on-site chef, but still want great food.
April showers bring May flowers and crops. Our produce farmers in Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana are getting ready to start harvesting and we are thrilled to offer (and eat) asparagus, strawberries, ramps, rhubarb, and more. Spring also has us thinking about baseball, being kids (remember that first day you could play outside without your coat?), and picnics.
You'll find a bunch of bright, springy items from fresh salads to fun sandwiches to sweet treats on our lunch menu. Our platter menu contains items more suitable for a cocktail party including seasonal bruschetta, ethnically influenced trays, and more sweets. If you don't see what you're looking for contact us and we'll develop a custom menu based on your likes, party theme, or special dietary needs.
In addition to checks or good hard cash, FIG Catering accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa.
"The mojito party they catered was insane. We were able to learn how to mix our own perfect mojito - if we wanted to. Or the bartender handled it like a pro. Plus there was a latin surf band there that sizzled."
